Kamil oversees the fund's overall management, shaping its investment strategy and identifying high-potential opportunities. He also leads our international team in discovering new ventures.
Roger is responsible for managing the investment processes and identifying promising start-ups. He actively supports their growth and drives value creation, benefiting both the portfolio companies and the fund’s investors.

The company enables manufacturing businesses to digitise their supply chains in engineering production and optimise procurement processes. Utilising artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, PARTORY identifies the best technology and machinery for high-volume, low-cost metal parts from more than 1,500 certified European suppliers. With their platform, they can price requests, verify orders, and secure available machine capacity in real time—all within 24 hours. This results in cost savings of up to 15% for their clients.
