Although we are driven by our desire to succeed and make money, simple curiosity is frequently a part of this, too. Each factory is a story worth experiencing and following through to its end. Many of our projects began from an apparently simple idea and initial enthusiasm. This was followed by a lot of hard work and a daily routine. Our projects work out, too, thanks to the exceptional people we have met on the journey to fulfil our vision. We put our utmost into each of our projects, because we just plain enjoy looking for interesting business combinations.

Project Director
As Director, Marek supports the management of 2JCP, an engineering and mechanical engineering company, where he serves as the Chairman of the Board.
Before joining Jet Investment, he worked for leading consulting firms Roland Berger and Boston Consulting Group, focusing on restructuring and transformation projects in many European countries. In addition, he has participated in numerous due diligence projects for leading European private equity companies.
Marek graduated from the CEMS International Management program at the University of Economics in Prague. He also studied in Australia, Germany, and Austria.
Jaromír Vrátil

At Jet Funds, Jaromír is responsible for sourcing new investment projects and their executive and strategic management and is involved in subsequent divestments. He has been a member of the Jet Investment team since 2019 when he became CEO of STROJÍRNY POLDI. Since 2022, he has been managing the entire HOECKLE POLDI Group as Project Director.
He previously worked at Nexis Fibers, ITS Brno, and Škoda Transportation. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. He holds an MBA from the Prague International Business School.

Marketing Director
Elisabeta is in charge of marketing at Jet Investment, she takes care of the promotion of the investment company and its funds, as well as communication with fund investors.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics at Masaryk University and gained experience at Deloitte Legal.

Manager
Jakub is responsible for seeking out new investment opportunities for the Jet 3 Fund.
For most of his career to date, he has been employed at KPMG, a leading consulting firm, where he has worked on audits of many companies in various industries. Prior to joining Jet Investment, he was working as a financial analyst at Nordic Telecom.
Jakub is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University.
Petr Filka
Project Director
Petr is responsible for seeking out new investment opportunities for the Jet 3 Fund. Petr managed the acquisition of LIKOV and currently serves as a project director, overseeing its management and further development.
Prior to joining Jet Investment, he worked for the consulting company EY and the M&A boutique IMAP REDBAENK, where he was involved mainly in SME sales projects for companies from various industries.
Petr is a graduate of the Faculty of Law in Brno.

At Jet Investment, Milan takes care of finance and administration for the funds Jet Base, Jet 2 and Jet 3, as well as for Jet Investment a.s. itself.
Prior to joining Jet Investment, he worked for the audit company KPMG, first as an analyst and later as a senior and supervising auditor on complex audits of multinational companies in the Czech Republic. As part of an audit at KPMG, he undertook a several-month internship in London.
Milan is graduated in Business Economics and Management from Masaryk University in Brno.

Director | Jet Investment Poland
Marek manages the Polish office of Jet Investment Poland in Warsaw. He is responsible for sourcing investment targets on the Polish market, managing Polish portfolio companies and finding potential buyers for divestments. He is also responsible for raising general awareness of Jet Investment and marketing of Jet Funds in the Polish finance, investment and M&A market.
Prior to joining Jet Investment, he founded and for twenty years managed Penton Partners, an equity group managing private equity funds with AUM of CZK 1.8 billion and a regulated multi-family office managing the capital of three UHNWIs. He has previously worked for other major investment funds and banks in Poland and is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology.

Joanna’s main responsibility is fundraising. She is actively seeking assets to be invested in Jet Funds, targeting mainly Polish institutional and professional investors.
Joanna has extensive experience and knowledge of international funds business and building efficient and fast-growing organizations. She is a former Country Head of BlackRock, Managing Director and Country Head of Allianz Investment Bank AG (Austria), and Vice President at JPMorgan Asset Management. She has a proven track record in launching new financial products (registration of JPMorgan funds for retail distribution) and generating outstanding net sales results (over a threefold increase in AUM of BlackRock funds in two years).
She graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and has completed numerous professional courses and training in Poland, the USA, the UK, and Germany.

Krzysztof leads new investment initiatives across Poland for our Jet 3 fund. He takes charge of the entire M&A process and management of the acquired company.
Krzysztof has served as CEO, CFO and acted as an advisor within multiple manufacturing companies in Poland. He has been involved in various M&A projects, organized investment financing and established holding groups.
As an alumnus of the University of Warsaw, Krzysztof holds a degree in economics and speaks English and Russian.

Katarzyna plays a crucial role in Jet Investment Poland office based in Warsaw. She provides support to project directors and contributes to sourcing investment opportunities and acquisition activities.
Prior to joining Jet Investment, Katarzyna worked as a financial analyst in capital group Penton Partners. She holds MA in Economic Science from Lazarski University and BA in Chemistry from University of Silesia.

Pavel is responsible for complete management of the real estate fund and its results. He authored the Jet Industrial Lease Fund’s investment strategy. Pavel focuses on identifying investment opportunities and manages pre-acquisition audits, particularly legal, technical and financial due diligence.
Prior to joining Jet Investment, he worked for more than 20 years in private equity management of holding companies operating in various segments, including a real estate fund as a project director and director of M&A, with regular participation on the boards of subsidiaries and investment committees.
Pavel studied law at a private university in Prague.

Director | Real Estate Acquisitions
In the real estate fund, Jan is in charge of acquisitions and divestments of real estate projects, including all related processes. He identifies, values, and conducts due diligence on these, then manages the purchase itself, including contractual documentation, deal structuring and financing.
Jan has worked his entire professional career in corporate finance. He spent more than eight years in the consulting company VGD Corporate Finance and subsequently in several investment holding companies, where he was in charge of finding investment opportunities, complete acquisition processes and financing.
Jan studied Business Administration at the University of New York in Prague. He speaks Czech, English and German.
Tomáš Brezula

In the real estate fund, Tomáš is in charge of asset management, namely proactive portfolio management with the aim of growing its value, property maintenance, investments in both renewal and development of assets, reporting and, last but not least, customer care.
For the past ten years, he has been involved in the management of companies that were parts of investment and financial holding structures. While working on a Penta Investments project, he integrated acquisitions into the AeskuLab laboratories network, including their optimization and management. Tomáš started his career at the consulting company Deloitte, where he focused mainly on organizational and process audits.
Radek Londýn
CFO | Real Estate
As CFO of Jet Industrial Lease, Radek is responsible for management and coordination of the financial system for the fund and for other entities under the fund structure.
In the past, he held controlling positions at ČSOB and later ČEZ, where he was responsible for Turkish assets. For the past 7 years prior to joining Jet Investment, he worked as CFO at a Czech property development company.

Kamil is a Managing Partner at our venture fund, bringing over 25 years of diverse experience in finance, sales, business transformation, and start-up investing. He oversees the fund's management, directs the investment strategy and identifies promising start-ups.
A seasoned executive, he began his career at Ernst &Young before moving into the rapidly growing telecommunications sector in the Czech Republic. Kamil played a key role in Eurotel in building the internal business process consultancy, participated in the merger of Česká Telecom and Eurotel into Telefónica, and was responsible for transformation of České Radiokomunikace, where among others designed, executed and sucesfully managed the transition from analogue to digital TV broadcasting resulting in successfull exit to Macquarie Group.
Kamil graduated from Technical University of Ostrava.

At Jet Ventures fund, Roger leverages his 20 + years in financial strategy, capital markets, startups, and operational management. He is responsible for managing the fund, the investment process, and identification of high-potential start-ups, driving their growth, and creating value for both the companies within the portfolio and venture fund’s investors.
He started his career in multinational fast-moving consumer goods companies, P&G and Mars, where he covered a large variety of roles in a global business environment. Taking over the CFO role for the Central Europe region for Mars Inc. brought Roger to Prague. In the past, he focused on SMEs and startups, building a B2B-focused venture portfolio as part of gigahertz.ventures, as well as helping to get off the ground the start-up ZenOwn.
Roger is a graduate of University of Mannheim.

Since 2018, Petra has been providing vital support for the entire Jet Investment team. She manages the everyday work of the office from invoicing and banking, to communication with accountants, and to updating and checking data in the company database. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she also works as Igor Fait’s assistant.
Petra has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Nottingham Trent University and a master’s degree in Business Finance from the Brno University of Technology. Before joining Jet Investment in 2018, she had been gathering experience primarily in customer service within the Czech Republic and in Sydney, Australia.

Anna manages the day-to-day operations of the Warsaw office, overseeing all administrative tasks and serving as the vital support to our Polish private equity team.
Harshit Jain
Harshit focuses on scouting and evaluating early-stage startups by assessing financials, metrics, and competitive landscapes to identify investment potential. He also drafts investment memos for the Investment Committee and coordinates rigorous product due diligence to assess risks, validate business models, and ensure comprehensive deal evaluation.
Prior to joining Jet Investment, he worked as a Visiting Analyst at Henkel dx Ventures' in Düsseldorf, evaluating early-stage investments. His experience includes also an internship at KPMG's Valuation and at Moody's Analytics.
Harshit holds a bachelor's degree from Symbiosis School of Economics and earned his master's in finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Germany.
Silvia Carella
As a Senior Associate at Jet Investment, Silvia focuses on sourcing and screening investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors and other ecosystem players. She contributes to investment strategy discussions and helps shape the firm's investment thesis.
Previously, she worked as an associate at an Italian fintech company specializing in venture debt.
Silvia earned her master's degree in Trading and Risk Management and bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
